Our Trailblazers
Founded by CEO Saeed Gordon while he was still at Vanderbilt Law School, DOF was built on the same service-first values passed down from his entrepreneurial parents. In the early 1990s, they founded Phones Etc., recognizing the need for affordable, high-quality telecommunications solutions for small and midsize businesses. Their focus on flexible billing, tailored solutions, and hands-on delivery helped grow Phones into a trusted telecom provider and premier partner to industry leaders like Shoretel and Avaya.
Following that legacy, DOF is built on a simple principle: success is measured by how well we serve our customers. We don’t make empty promises we work alongside our clients, offering guidance when needed, support when helpful, and collaboration every step of the way.
