In the early 1990s, they founded Phones Etc., recognizing the need for affordable, high-quality telecommunications solutions for small and midsize businesses. Their focus on flexible billing, tailored solutions, and hands-on delivery helped grow Phones into a trusted telecom provider and premier partner to industry leaders like Shoretel and Avaya.

Jermaine brings significant experience in the field of Finance including Capital Markets, Banking, Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Organizational Transformation across the Caribbean. His many years in the region and involvement in numerous industries makes him a phenomenal resource to lead our expansion into the Caribbean. As clients continue to prioritize technology and fiscal prudence, Jermaine‘s extensive experience, as well as his ethos to provide exceptional customer service, makes him perfect partner for our clients.
